Mario Dealba

CEO

Mario founded Elektrik in 2019. Prior to starting his own business, Mario cut his teeth in the Electrical Industry at 3M’s Electrical Division. He specializes in Medium Voltage Equipment and graduated from BYU with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Go Cougars!

Tim Tyrrell

COO

Tim has over 15 years in the Electrical business. Prior to Elektrik, Tim worked at 3M’s Electrical Division and Eaton Crouse-Hinds. Tim specializes in Medium Voltage equipment connections.

Isaac Duarte

CTO

Isaac is a skilled self-taught developer. With a strong passion for technology and a dedication to continuous learning, Isaac is always exploring new ways to improve his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards. When he is not coding, you can find Isaac riding his mountain bike.

Mitchell Caffey

Chief Estimator

Mitchell has been in the Electrical Industry for over 35 years. Prior to Elektrik, Mitchell worked at 3M's Electrical Division, here he specializes in medium voltage takeoffs and estimations. When he's not slamming estimates, you can find him outdoors fishing, on the Harley, or even the lawn mower.

Matt Weir

Director of Operations

Matt is an up and coming business management major at UVU. Matt has always worked hard to make sure the place at which he works is well taken care of and runs smoothly. Matt is very quick to learn new things and to perfect these new skills!

Alexa Dealba

Accounting Manager

Alexa keeps everyone organized at Elektrik, and makes sure our finances are in tip top shape. Like a true California girl, she loves spending time at the beach. She comes to us from Los Angeles CA via BYU where she graduated from.

Joe has over 40 years of experience at 3M’s Electrical Division and over 6 years on his own selling and installing Medium Voltage equipment.
